April Check-up

It's gone fast, but it's been two months since our last check-up with Dr. Thompson. Boy, were we anxious to go and see if this little man had gained some weight! All our friends have commented on how big Jeb is getting, but I was a little weary. Jeb doesn't seem to want to eat food lately, but rather PLAY with food. Very frustrating!


Anyway, his weight is great! 23 lbs, 14 oz and 30.5 inches long. Equalling out to 25th percentile for weight and height. We are so excited! He has met his goal of getting back to birth percentile and now we are going to work on exceeding that goal! Looking at what Aiden did when he was this age, I'm hoping Jeb follows the same trend and is at 50th percentile next time. The best thing about this is that his digestive system is still digesting fat normally meaning that he has gained the weight as a normal child does. We pray that it will stay that way.

Chest exam went well also. Clear. Cough that comes in the morning is due to mucas building up overnight. This means that we are doing his physical therapy correct and clearing it. We left the place feeling happy. Now to stay healthy!
